Shipping carriers: We ship with PostNord, DHL, or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the artwork.

Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Packaging: Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

International shipping: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
